Account

Your profile, the workspaces you belong to, and your data, including deleting your account.

Your profile

  • Click your photo to upload a new one. Stoaken crops it to a square for you. Remove goes back to your initials.
  • Edit profile changes your name and job title.
  • Your email comes from how you sign in.

Your photo, name and job title show to people who share a workspace with you: beside your comments, reviews and changes, and on Members.

Tip: Want the first-day guide again? Take the tour again is in your account menu.

Your workspaces

Every workspace you belong to, with your role in it. An Owner can Delete workspace here by typing its name: everyone in it loses access straight away (their accounts stay), and its Brands, tokens, releases, components and history go for good. A workspace with a paid plan has to be cancelled on Billing first.

Deleting your account

Delete my account is permanent. Your workspaces carry on without you.

Everyone
Removed: your name and email, your photo, your API keys, and your sign-in. Signing in again starts a new, empty account.
Everyone
Kept for your workspaces: your releases, approvals and comments, credited to a former member.

Good to know: Two things can stand in the way, and Stoaken tells you which: being the only Owner of a workspace that has other people in it (make someone else its Owner on Members, or delete it), or a workspace with a Team subscription (cancel it on Billing first).
