Getting started
Your first day
What to do first, depending on your role.
If you’re setting Stoaken up
- Add your photo and check your name: Settings → Account, or the guide that opens on your first visit.
- On Overview, create your first Brand with New Brand, then Bring your tokens: upload a JSON file, paste JSON or bring a Tailwind config.
- Not ready with your own? Try Stoaken with a sample Brand builds a small one called Acme, with a change waiting for your review.
- Invite your team on Members. Reviewers and Viewers are free.
- Propose your first release, approve it, and point your code at it with Use these tokens.
If you review changes
- Open the Command Center. To review lists everything waiting for you, across every Brand.
- Pick a release: you see what changed, what it reaches, and the visual checks of your components.
- Approve it, reject it with a reason, or hand it to a colleague.
Tip: J and K move through the queue, A approves (then Enter to publish), R rejects. Press ? anywhere for every shortcut.
If you change tokens
- Open Tokens and pick your Brand and token set at the top.
- Click any token to edit it in the panel on the right. Your edits collect in a tray at the bottom until you save.
- Save, then Propose a release so a reviewer can approve it.
If you’re here to look
The Tokens page shows every token as it really looks, in each theme and mode. Tokenwright shows how tokens connect: what a colour feeds into, and what a change would reach.
